Here are the steps you need to take to setup E-mail in Internet Explorer3..

click on start

click on programs

click on Internet Mail

click on mail
click options
click server tab
fill in name: (who you are)
email address: (username@netscorp.net)
under servers, fill in the following:
outgoing mail: (mail.netscorp.net)
incoming mail: (mail.netscorp.net)
check the white dot in front of Logon using
fill in the following:
account name: (username)
password: (password)

click on advanced settings
click on delivery
uncheck leave a copy of messages on server
fill in the reply to: (username@netscorp.net)
click ok

click connection tab:
check the white dot in front of I use a modem to access my e-mail

use the following dial-up networking connection:
fill in (netscorp)

click apply

click ok

to change the home page on the explorer

open explorer
click view
click options
click navigation tab
underneath start page
there is a line for an address
fill in www.netscorp.net

click apply

click ok
