USING AN EMAIL PROGRAM
All email programs follow the same basic format.
The general instructions are:
READING YOUR EMAIL
*Retrieve your mail from the NetsCorp Server
*When the mail loads, a list is created on the right hand side of your screen. This list includes
the name of the sender, the date sent and the subject. Click on any line to open up that particular piece of mail. When the particular piece of mail opens, it will be displayed on the bottom portion of your screen.
SENDING EMAIL
*Open a mail composition box. This is where you will address and type your message.
*Fill in the address of the person to whom you are sending mail. An email address will look something like the following examples:
joe@aol.com

An email address will never appear like this:

http://www.cnn.com
*Fill in the subject. The subject should refer to what you are talking about in the letter. If you do not fill in the subject line, you will be prompted to do so before you can send the mail. Some examples of subjects might be: "th
e date", "a person's name", "Happy Birthday", "Happy Thanksgiving",
