Problem:

I can't remember my password to retrieve mail.

Solution:

Call the NetsCorp office at 791-6387.

Problem:

I can't save my password using Windows 95 Dial-Up Networking.

Solution:

1. Double click on My Computer.

2. Double click on Control Panel.

3. Double click on Passwords.

4. Click on the Change Passwords tab.

5. Leave all of the boxes blank and click on O.K.

6. Close Control Panel and restart your computer.

Problem:

Windows 95 will not save the password for the current connection profile in Dial-Up Networking.

Solution:

1. Double click on My Computer.

2. Double click on Control Panel.

3. Double click on Network.

4. Is "Client for Microsoft Networks" present in the box for network components ?

If not:

1. Click on add.

2. Click on Client.

3. Click on add.

4. Click on Microsoft.

5. Click on Client for Microsoft Networks.

6. Click on OK.

(Note: You will need to have your Windows 95 diskettes or cd-rom handy after clicking on O.K. It may ask for one of them.)

7. Reboot the computer.
