MD5 Hash Check Failed - File has been Modified:
Under OPTIONS | SECURITY UNcheck SSL v3 and try NetScape once again. If error persists, rename CERT.db and CERT5.db files in the NetScape directory to cert.old and cert5.old and then reinstall Navigator.

Dialup connection does not prompt to disconnect when browser is closed:
In the 'Internet Options' dialog box, click the 'Connections' tab, and select the dial-up connection. Click 'Settings...', and click 'Advanced' in the 'Dial-up settings' group. Select the 'Disconnect when connection may no longer be needed' check box.
1) Open Internet Explorer 5.0.
2) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Internet Options...'. (The 'Internet Options' dialog box appears.)
3) Click the 'Connections' tab.
4) In the 'Dial-up settings' group, select the dial-up connection you use to connect to the Internet. 5) Click 'Settings...'. (The ' Settings' dialog box appears.)
6) In the 'Dial-up settings' group, click 'Advanced'. (The 'Advanced Dial-Up' dialog box appears.) 7) Select the 'Disconnect when connection may no longer be needed' check box, and click 'OK'. 8) To close the 'Advanced Dial-Up' dialog box, click 'OK'. (The ' Settings' dialog box reappears.) 9) To close ' Settings' dialog box, click 'OK'. (The 'Internet Options' dialog box reappears.)
10) To close the 'Internet Options' dialog box, click 'OK'.
NOTE: When you close Internet Explorer 5.0, you will be prompted to disconnect from the Internet. If any other programs which use the Internet are open (such as Outlook Express), you will not be prompted to disconnect from the Internet until those specific programs are closed.

How can I remove AOL Instant Messenger?
In order to avoid receiving AOL Instant Messenger "Registration" or "Sign On" prompts:
On the AIM sign-on screen, click the Setup button
Select the Misc tab Uncheck "Start Netscape AIM when Windows starts."
This way, the Instant Messenger program will not load unless you explicitly launch it.
