2) Click File 3) Click Identities 4) Click Add New Identity 5) Type in your username for your name. 6) Put a check mark next to Ask Me For A Password When I Start. 7) Enter your password in both squares. 8) Click OK 9) Click OK again 10) Click YES when asked if you want to switch to your new identity. 11) The Connection Wizard will start. (If you get a message asking if you would like to import settings, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS OPTION. Instead, click on Create A New Internet Mail Account. If a screen opens asking if you would like to change settings, choose that option 12) Type in your name was you would like it to appear on your email. 13) Click Next. 14) Leave the dot next to I Already Have An Email Address That I’d Like To Use 15) Fill in with your email address 16) Click Next 17) Leave My Incoming Mail Server Is A POP3 server 18) Fill in the incoming mail server with mail.netscorp.net 19) Fill in the outgoing server with smtp.netscorp.net 20) Click Next 21) Fill in your username 22) Fill in your password 23) Click Next 24) Click Finish These instructions can be repeated for any additional email accounts that are being set up. SWITCHING BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN EMAIL ACCOUNTS: 1) If the identity that you want to use does not open automatically, click File 2) Click Switch Identities 3) Click the identity that you would like to use 4) Enter the password 5) Click OK When you finish, you need to close the identity that you have been working with. 1) Click File 2) Click Identities 3) Click Logoff
